JSD Collective is a Bali-born hospitality and wellness group. What began in 2012 as House of Daha, a portfolio of villas, retreats and dining rooms, has been refined into three houses that share one standard and one membership: Found Wellness Seminyak, The Compound Seminyak and Lario Collection.
Each house keeps its own name and its own soul. The Collective holds them together: the same care, the same people, the same belief that how you feel matters more than how a room photographs.

The Founders
Founder & CEO
Jay Daha
Australian entrepreneur Jay Daha has developed over 40 properties across Australia and Asia. After scaling and exiting Daha Resorts to private equity, he relocated to Bali in 2012 to pioneer new hospitality concepts.
Today, as Founder and CEO of JSD Collective, he drives strategy, development, and investment across the portfolio. Daha currently oversees the brand's three core properties: Found Wellness Seminyak, Lario Collection, and The Compound Seminyak, alongside other upcoming ventures.

Co-Founder
Jed Stokes
Gold Coast native Jed Stokes brings a background in construction and property development to the venture. After meeting Jay by chance, the two aligned on a shared vision for wellness and real estate. As Co-Founder, Stokes oversees daily operations, functionality, and networking.
As a type 1 diabetic with a background in boxing and powerlifting, his rigorous personal discipline deeply influences the group's wellness philosophy. He focuses on building an integrated network of gyms, healthy dining, recovery spaces, and luxury villas for holistic wellness escapes.

The Compound Seminyak

Recovery
Traditional sauna for up to 20, and one of Bali's largest ice baths, built to awaken the body, accelerate recovery and build resilience.

An open-air training ground for functional workouts, Hatha and Gentle Yoga, Pilates, community gatherings and sunset sessions.
